SmokeFreeBrain project and “Libre de Humos” App presentation at high school students

Science Week is the annual scientific event with the largest outreach in Europe. From November 7th to 20th, many research and knowledge organizations organize a wide range of scientific activities and performances for all tastes and ages.

Members of the Technological Innovation Group (SAS partner) showcased the SmokeFreeBrain project and the “Libre de Humos” App to over 180 high school students in the frame of the “Andalusian Science Week – Open Day” hosted at Virgen del Rocío University Hospital from 7/11/16 to 11/11/16. Students could learn an overview of the SmokeFreeBrain project objectives and the different proposed interventions for quitting smoking, and could also “play” with the “Libre de Humos” app during these sessions.
