SoLoMo App presentation at the largest Recommender Systems congress

Within the Smokefree Brain project, patients within the SoLoMo intervention will benefit from a Decision Support System (DSS).
It will tailor motivational messages to help them stop smoking, and sends it to the Smokefree app they will have installed in their smartphones.
During the 10th edition of the RecSys congress, in the “Workshop on Engendering Health with Recommender Systems”, on 15-19 September 2016, a representative of the University of Seville presented the design of the algorithm behind the DSS.
Attendants from all around the world discussed it innovative hybrid design, and asked technical questions about this taken approach.
